Local H∞ Control for Continuous-time Takagi-Sugeno Fuzzy Model

In this brief paper, a new local H1 control method is proposed to reject the disturbance for continue-time Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy model. First, some new conditions are obtained by using the Lagrange multiplier method to bound the time derivatives on the membership function. Compared with the latest results in the literature, the merits of new conditions are two points: 1) We can get some linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) to ensure the requirement that the local stabilization region should be contained in C; 2) We can find a larger stabilization region than the latest results. Then, the H∞ control theorem is ob-tained based on the new conditions. In the end, two examples borrowed from the literature show the effectiveness of the con-clusions.
