When wireless sensor/actuator network is disturbed, the real-time performance of the network might be affected. To solve this problem, a real-time clustering routing protocol based on success rate of data transmission between nodes is proposed. By first-level node clustering, second-level node clustering and actuator node to sink node routing strategy, the protocol selects a data transmission path with highest success rate. The path reduces the transmission failure rate and data transmission delay, as a result the real-time performance of the network is improved. At the same time, the protocol uses secondary sub-cluster architecture to divide the network into three layers. Each layer contains a type of nodes, and different nodes have different transmission power. This architecture ensures network connectivity and reduces energy consumption. So the lifetime of the network is extended. The simulation results show that when the success rate of network data transmission drops, RCRPSR protocol reduces the transmission delay by 2~5 times than traditional protocols.
