Fluorescence immune-chromatographic quantitative detection technology is now widely used in clinical detection,thus realizing the detection processing system has practical significance. For this reason,based on fluorescence immune-chromatographic quantitative detection technology,the fluorescence immune-chromatographic quantitative detection system with reasonable design of optical and electronic circuit is realized. The system is of high integration degree with many modules,such as fluorescence signal detection,information processing and PC software,the whole detection process,including motion control,data acquisition,data analysis and other steps,the final output,can be automatically controlled. The experiments show that the system’s performance is excellent,the fluorescent substance concentration level minimum detectable is 0.001% ;the measured data has good reproducibility,the repeatability error is 1.3%;the quantitative results are accurate,the quantitative error is less than 2%. Therefore,the test of fluorescent analysis sample of the system is quick and accurate,it has vital significance.
