The transportation task urgency was taken as the study object. Transport task experiments of three different degrees of urgency were organized for 50 drivers. The physiological and psychological feature data of drivers were obtained. And the pre-judgment values of driver's propensity were calculated. Correlation between task urgency and driver's propensity was elaborated through one-way analysis of variance. Results show that the values of the impact factors of driver's propensity are significantly different in the cases in three task priorities of the slowness, the general urgency, and the most urgency. The characterization parameters considered are the driver's speed estimation bias, the operation response time, the attention, the emotion and so on. Namely task urgency has significant effect on driver's propensity.
